![]() Hey guys. Happy Thanksgiving! I really like this time of year... leaves, pumpkins, cozyness and turkey dinner. Its safe to say that I'm really excited to gather with family this weekend. In all cheesiness (but seriousness), I'm most thankful this year for my champion of a husband (and business partner) Tylor, the opportunity to create and illustrate for a living, and calling this beautiful province of B.C. my new home. I'm also thankful for our awesome new clients this year. You guys are the best. Tis the season to give and feel warm & fuzzy, so we are going to give away a Kayla English Creative postcard prize pack (pictured below) to one lucky individual who comments on this blog post. Tell us what you are most thankful for this year, and we will select a winner at random on Tuesday October 15. Good luck!

This year I am most thankful my best friend and sister in Christ chose to become my precious wife. I'm grateful too for the friends near and far that have helped us along on our journey by car: from Alberta to BC then way south to CA. we've been blessed with amazing friends and we're thankful for them each day.

I am most thankful for the legs to run and bike through B.C.'s B-E-A-U-tiful falling leaves. Joy and health is a gift from God. So say thank you!

Considering my husband is in Zimbabwe, I am most thankful for a) Skype, and b) Graeme not being eaten by a lion.

I am thankful for my amazing friends and family, for a job I love surrounded by creative people, and my wonderful husband - and my cat, Optimus Prime, who keeps me constantly entertained.

Someone once said that "Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it". I think that's spot on.

Thankful for: the freedom to read my Bible and worship God without fear of persecution, my sweet family and lovely Autumn colours.

To pick only one of the many :) I am unbelievably thankful for my dad, who just this morning consoled me after I failed my first midterm exam of university.
